By accessing or using ELX AI Desk Pro (the "Service"), operated by EarthOne Research ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ELX AI Desk Pro is a macro decision-support system that provides market regime analysis, investment committee outputs, portfolio alignment scoring, and related analytical tools. The Service is designed for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

The Service is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All content, scores, signals, and outputs provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make any investment decision based solely on the information provided by the Service. Always consult with a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Past performance indicators shown in the Service do not guarantee future results.

You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service offers free (Core) and paid (Pro) subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to provide competing products or services; (c) redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service; (d) use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content, algorithms, models, scores, and analytical outputs generated by the Service are the intellectual property of EarthOne Research. You may use the outputs for your personal investment research but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthOne Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any investment decisions made based on information from the Service; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (d) any interruption or cessation of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
